Ⅰ. Mould Design
EVERVOX works with top mould design agencies to realise the design of monitor and camera housings based on a thorough analysis of manufacturing flexibility. With a reasonable mould design, efficient and safe moulding processes can be ensured.
Ⅱ. Mould Making
EVERVOX manufactures high-precision moulds with tolerances within ±0.01mm using the most advanced CNC machine tools and water jet cutting machines to perfectly mould the designed housings.
Ⅲ. Casting (Metal Housings)
In this process, molten metal (mainly aluminium) is injected into the mould cavity to form the shape of the casing. By strictly controlling the pressure and time, we avoid deformation and cracks in the housing.
Ⅳ. Injection Moulding (Plastic Casing)
We use 504 plastic particles to ensure the best plastic performance at the most favourable price.
